Refund Policy


Our policy lasts 5 days. If 5 days have gone by since the delivery of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Regarding food and snack, nutrition, pet consumables, infant, vitamin and supplement products, we have no way to guarantee every product will be enjoyed by each consumer. As everyone's taste pallet is different including those of our beloved furry friends, unfortunately we cannot offer refunds on products in these categories. We recommend purchasing a small quantity to try the product before ordering multiples to ensure that the consumer is satisfied with the taste.

Item such as apparel and accessories, kitchen and home, as well as personal care and beauty must be in their original condition, new and unopened in order to qualify for a refund. Any merchandise that is opened or used is non-refundable.


If your item classifies for a refund, please email us at with your return request information. In the email, please include your order number and product(s) you wish to return and the reason for the request. If your return is granted, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will be issued to you. Please include item(s) in their original packaging and condition in proper packaging that will protect the item(s) during transit back to our return facility and ship the item(s) to our return address listed below. Please make sure to include the RMA number on the outside of the package. Any packages that do not have visible RMA numbers listed on the exterior of the package as subject to refusal by our return facility. Please note that you will be responsible to cover the shipping cost of the return item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable and a 25% restocking fee is deducted from the refund amount. If you refuse the package you will also be charged for the an additional refused shipping fee as the carrier does post charges to our account for refused packages, the refusal return is not free of charge. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Unfortunately, just because an item was sent back to us, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item in the event that the package is lost in transit. 

To complete your return, we require a RMA number to be obtained prior to the return. Once the RMA is issued you have 10 days to get the parcel post marked as in transit by the carrier of your choice. For example, If the RMA was granted on January 10th, you have until January 20th to get the item(s) in the mail stream to get postmarked within the 10 day grace period.

Once your return is received it will be inspected and if granted a refund will be issued within 7 days of receiving the item(s).We will issue a refund back to the original payment method used to purchase the item(s).


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company, it may take up to two weeks time before your refund is officially posted by your financial institution. Next, contact your financial institution. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Delivery or product problems (if applicable)
If you experience problems with the delivery of your order please contact us at While almost every single order is delivered in time and in good condition, sometimes an error may happen. While we have no control over the carrier transporting the parcel, we will do our best to get the matter resolved for you in a satisfactory manner. If you received the incorrect product please contact us right away so that we can get order corrected and the proper item sent out to you right away.

We will not issue any refund or accept returns for items to due the manufacturer of the product changing its packaging or ingredients. Brands undergo packaging and ingredient changes regularly due to many different factors such as sourcing availability, cost, shipping weight and other factors. We sell the product not the packaging, so no refunds or returns will be eligible for products due to brands changing their packaging, or changes in ingredients. We will never sell you a non vegan product, however ingredient changes examples could include but are not limited to: using olive oil instead of avocado oil in a product, or the product might now contain sea salt in the ingredients.
