Very good. I find the mozzarella to taste very good. They also melt extremely well. Worked very well in lasagna.

I have used this product several times. It is OK, not great and not horrible. I do not use a lot of it in my pizza or lasagna bc it does have a funky flavor. It is slightly cheesy and it is stretchy. It works well in both dishes; but again I do not put a lot since I don't want to overwhelm with the Daiya flavor. I have not tried many vegan mozzerellas so I can't say how it compares. Miyoko's is decent,but also is not great. I am 100% Italian and still missing my mozz lol. This works for now....
